Whether you are still working on getting your website set up, or you already have a shop open and running, I have a tool I recommend – it’s called HotJar.
HotJar has many features to allow you to see how users interact and use your website. For example, the Recordings feature lets you see where visitors get stuck on your website, and gives you insight on things you might want to change.

I’ve been using HotJar pretty much since I started my shop and I find the video recordings to be very helpful!
HotJar also has Heat Maps, so you can see the most popular places on your website that are getting clicked on.
HotJar is a free tool to use with your website. There are paid plans available, but I am just using the free version – which still provides a TON of helpful information.
