QUICK TIP: GET MORE EXPOSURE TO YOUR BLOG

For those of you writing a blog for your store, do you use Bloglovin'?
If not, you might want to look into this.

Bloglovin' is a place where you can post your blog, discover other blogs (think influencers), and follow the blogs you love. Here's a link to more about Bloglovin' - https://www.bloglovin.com/what-is-bloglovin

Once you create a Bloglovin' account, you will be able to post your blog there and others will have the chance to find it. The best way to get started on Bloglovin' is to find other blogs to follow - things you are really interested in. Once you follow others, most of them will follow you, as well. This can be a great way to get more exposure to your blog!

To get the MOST out of your Bloglovin' experience, make sure to interact with the other blogs you end up following! Comment on the posts that you find interesting, and share posts that you think your followers would be interested in. The more engaged you are on Bloglovin', the more people will engage with you and your blog.

And here are the instructions I've written to help you...

Add your blog to Bloglovin'

1. Go to https://www.bloglovin.com/
2. Click in the Search Bloglovin' text box at the top of the screen, then click on the blue Add Blog link
3. Enter the full URL of your blog then click Add Blog
4. Bloglovin' will add your blog to their database - once it's added, click the blue Claim It link over on the right side under the text "Is this your Blog?"
5. Copy the code you see - make sure to copy everything from the a..... to the </a (keep the Claim Blog window open - you will need to come back to it after you paste the code into your blog in order to click the blue Claim Blog button)
6. Go to any blog post you have already written for your blog and click to Edit that post
7. Put your cursor at the very beginning of that post, then click the icon in the upper right corner of the toolbar for the blog article (this puts you into HTML mode)
8. Paste the copied code into this HTML screen, then save your blog post
9. Go back to the Claim Blog window on Bloglovin' and click that blue Claim Blog button to claim your blog - that's all you need to do
