                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>GOOGLE SHEETS - BUDGET FOR BUSINESS BY QUICKBOOKS</strong></p><p>Did you know that there is a FREE Google Sheets template that you can use to track your expenses and your income for your business?</p><p>This spreadsheet was created by QuickBooks and is very easy to use!</p><p><strong>TO USE GOOGLE SHEETS TEMPLATE</strong></p><ol><li>Log in to your Google Account, if you are not already logged in</li><li>Open a new Chrome web browser window</li><li>Click on the <strong>Google Apps icon</strong> in the very upper-right corner of the screen (it looks like a grid of 9 small black squares)</li><li>Click on <strong>Google Sheets</strong> (you might have to scroll through the list to find Google Sheets)</li><li>Click on <strong>Template Gallery</strong> at the top right corner of the screen</li><li>Scroll down to the <strong>Work</strong> heading, and click on <strong>Annual Business Budget by Intuit Quickbooks</strong></li><li>Follow the screen prompt to set up your opening balance, then click on the <strong>Tabs</strong> at the very bottom of the spreadsheet area to move to <strong>Income</strong>, <strong>Expenses</strong>, and <strong>Summary</strong></li></ol><p>When working on your Google Sheet, it will save automatically periodically so you don't have to worry about that.</p><p>You can go back to the sheet you've started at any time to continue working on it.
