2aemporium
@jaydee I tried to figure out where to ask this question and it seems like the "how to" of it would fit in this category. Please feel free to move it if it doesn't. My question is about my profile pic across the internet. I think you call it a Gravatar. When I had my WordPress blogs, I had a profile pic with them of Mrs. A. When I commented on a blog, Mrs. A.'s pic showed up instead of the gray head. Now, I have noticed that I show up as a gray head on WordPress blogs. It also showed up which I commented on blogs that only allowed me to post using my Google Account. However, when I tried to comment on a post on Blogger yesterday, my pic disappeared as well as my comment as soon as I hit enter, and I can't get my profile pic back. I have not signed up for Bloglovin yet. (It's on my to-do list.) So...did my profile pic of Mrs. A. disappear when I shut down my WordPress? How do I get a consistent profile pic across the internet. I really don't understand signing up for a Gravatar. If that's what I need to do, then I need some help with that. If that's not it, do I sign up for a profile with WordPress, Bloglovin, Google (should already be) and others for my pic to show up? Any help would be appreciated. EDITED: By the way, I thought using a Gravatar or profile pic across the internet might be considered a "tip".

193
